Argos

History

Argos was founded in 2014 by Christian Petrovich, a former model and actor of Italian and Russian descent who became a self-taught perfumer. The house was born as independent perfumery was taking off and claims a style built on storytelling and rare materials.

Its name comes from Argus Panoptes, the hundred-eyed giant of Greek mythology. Each creation retells an ancient legend; the Artist Series draw on paintings by Botticelli, Klimt, Rubens or Waterhouse. The fragrances are made in France, in the house's laboratory.
