Understanding the family

The floral family is the largest and the oldest. It ranges from the soliflore, a portrait of a single flower, to the abstract bouquet in which several flowers merge into a new impression.

Each flower shows several faces: rose may be fresh or candied, tuberose green or carnal, orris powdery or earthy. Florals are shaded with fruit, powder, woods or spices, and move through every season.
