History

Initio Parfums Privés starts from a simple idea: perfume does more than leave a trail, it acts on the person wearing it. The Parisian house composes intense fragrances, all unisex and made in France, divided into collections that each play on a register of emotions: desire with Carnal Blends, grandeur and oud with Black Gold Project, calm with Hedonist, instinct with Absolutes.

Ten years after its creation, Initio partnered with the dsm-firmenich group to measure scientifically the effects of its fragrances on the emotions. In Paris, its boutique at 320 rue Saint-Honoré, named "Le 320", welcomes the initiated in a deliberately confidential setting.
