Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren created their house in Amsterdam in 1993, with conceptual work on the border between fashion and art. A partnership signed with L'Oréal in April 2002 marked their entry into fragrance; Flowerbomb came out in 2005. In 2008, the OTB group became the house's majority shareholder.
