History

Even before the house was officially created, Sergio Momo imagined a fragrance presented in a hand-polished quartz bottle; a client met in Moscow ordered several, and the adventure began. With Dominique Salvo he founded Xerjoff in Turin in 2007. The first collections were adorned with semi-precious stones, meteorite fragments and gilded caps inspired by the pharaohs' red crown displayed in the city's Egyptian Museum.

In 2009 Sergio Momo revived Casamorati, a perfume house founded in Bologna in 1888. The house opened its first boutique in 2010, then adopted in 2016 a signature bottle with sculpted ridges. It now counts more than one hundred and eighty fragrances.
