Citrus

Bergamot, lemon, neroli. The sparkle of citrus, bright as a first ray of sun.

Understanding the family

The family takes its name from the Garden of the Hesperides, where the golden apples grew in Greek mythology. It gathers fragrances built around citrus: bergamot, lemon, mandarin, grapefruit and the products of the orange tree.

Eau de Cologne, born in the early eighteenth century, is its ancestor. These fragrances are luminous and bracing but fleeting; perfumers extend them with musks, light woods or aromatic notes.
