Creed
The house traces its origins to eighteenth-century London. Creed pairs a tailoring heritage with a perfumery of character, handed down through the generations.
Official website(new tab)History
The house traces its origins to a tailoring workshop opened in London in the eighteenth century and claims the date of 1760. According to its own account, the Creeds dressed and scented several European courts before devoting themselves entirely to perfume; some of these claims are debated by historians.
Its modern renown owes much to Olivier Creed and his son Erwin, with successes such as Green Irish Tweed and later Aventus, which became one of the most imitated men's fragrances. In 2023 the house was acquired by Kering Beauté.
