Dior

A couture house born on avenue Montaigne, Dior has always seen perfume as an extension of the dress. Its Collection Privée is its most intimate workshop.

History

In 1946 Christian Dior set up his house at 30 avenue Montaigne, in a townhouse he had long coveted. From the very first show, the address became a symbol of Parisian elegance, and perfume took its place alongside couture, as a final touch to the silhouette.

La Collection Privée Christian Dior gathers the house's most personal creations: unisex fragrances drawn from the couturier's memories, his gardens, his favourite colours and his cherished places. Francis Kurkdjian, perfume creation director, also revisits its great signatures in concentrated versions, the Esprits de Parfum.
