Anne Flipo grew up in Picardy, in a childhood scented with wildflowers and vegetable gardens; nature, cooking and music still inspire her today. After her baccalaureate she joined ISIPCA to train in flavours, but during her apprenticeship she discovered perfumery's essential oils and realised her future lay there. She joined IFF in 2004, where she was named a master perfumer, and in 2023 the Fragrance Foundation gave her a lifetime achievement award.
